COVID Statement

The Columbia River Gorge asks that all residents and visitors follow social distancing protocols including the health order mandating the use of face coverings/masks in a variety of public locations. Restaurants, bars, hotels and recreational areas are still open and following safe business practices to protect the health and welfare of our guests and staff.

We’re being asked to stay close to home to help flatten the curve and keep our community safe. But as Gorge locals, we’ve been asked to stay put in one of the most beautiful corners of the globe. After all, millions of people travel from all over the world each year to see our region. What a great time to rediscover a different part of the Gorge than you usually visit and to support our local restaurants and businesses during this time. We’ve pulled together a few ideas here to help you get started. And to stay safe. Check out these winter trips during this time of Covid.
